All they say is to refer to the CDrom .All in all I feel I am paying for a very very inferior service from the worlds losusiest bank. I now want to refund a customer and finds that I cannot do this in the e securepaymeny site which defeats the purpose of this system. Yes i am going to leave them as I am paying £20 every months for a very poor support system employing cheap labour in India and we are paying through our nose for the profits that the UK fat cats are getting. The best thought we've had was to set up Paypal or Google checkout ('cos it's a small service they need)! Now we'll know not to go hitting HSBC at all! We have completed a number of integrations with their payments service and it has been a long and difficult process as well. We're still experiencing issues with their systems returning "system error" leaving our client unsure if payments have been successful. We've integrated with a number of other payment services that have in comparision been great. HSBC don't provide clear documentation and their support for testing is poor ...
